Welcome
It is a great pleasure to invite you to participate Plant Genome Stability and Change 2026 (PGSC2026), which will be held on May 26-29, 2026 in Wuhan, China.
PGSC is a leading meeting focusing on plant genome stability and change. It has been held every two years since 2014, mainly in Europe and USA. In the past decade, China has made tremendous contributions to this field. Therefore, we are very excited that PGSC2026 will be held in China for the first time.
The topics of PGSC2026 meeting include DNA damage repair, DNA damage and cell cycle regulation, genome editing, meiotic genome change, epigenome change, genome stability in crops, and DNA damage and environmental stress.
We aim to allow every participant to present data either in oral or poster format. In addition to the invited talks, we will select around 30 participants for short talks (15 min) or flash talks (3 min) based on abstract submission. Therefore, all participants are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral talk selection.
Wuhan is located in the central part of China. It is a major transportation hub, with direct flights to many countries. It has beautiful scenery and a long history, being one of the birthplaces of the brilliant ancient Chu Culture. The Yangtze River passes through the city, giving Wuhan a spectacular night view of the skyscrapers by the riversides. Wuhan also has a strong plant research community, especially in Huazhong Agricultural University. We will work together to make PGSC2026 a memorable conference!
We look forward to welcoming you to Wuhan for the PGSC2026, from all parts of the world.
